If you're here, you probably speak our language: steak.
Making our famous, expertly crafted steaks starts with picking quality cuts and ends where most good things do: on the grill.
While some take shortcuts and cut corners, at Longhorn, we do things the right way because that is what great steak deserves. and, more important, it's what you deserve.
We'd say more, but it would just make us hungry.
Bonrue is a European-style bakery founded in 2021 by Chris Connors, Li Hsun Sun, and Chris Herrin — three food craft connoisseurs with experience as chefs and restauranteurs in the Las Vegas market. After bonding over the sharing of their favorite recipes and restaurants, the three foodies decided to open a bakery together in St. George, Utah, that would feed their passion for celebrating good company and good food.
Chris Herrin — an experienced chef who worked at Bouchon, French Laundry for Thomas Keller — sadly passed away in the fall of 2021, just months after Bonrue (then Farmstead) opened its doors. As a tip of the chef’s hat to Herrin, Bonrue breaks bread daily in his honor.
